3D for real estate

Open demo

For land developers, property developers and estate agencies. From your drawing we make the interactive sales map (the lot or unit map a buyer opens on their phone, with status, price and WhatsApp on each one), the digital scale model of the development, aerial images and rendered floor plans for listings, brochures and social media.

WhatsApp assistant and automations

In our own daily use

A virtual assistant on your WhatsApp or website. It introduces itself as a virtual assistant in its first message, answers the questions that keep coming up, understands voice notes and replies in a natural voice, sends floor plans and fact sheets, and hands your team, with a summary, whatever needs a person. We also automate the dull steps between the tools you already use: sorting email, filling spreadsheets, sending reports. We set it up on the official WhatsApp Business API, the route Meta provides for businesses, which lowers the risk of the number being blocked.

This website is an example

Websites for companies that need to earn trust on the first screen: fast, in Portuguese and English, with a WhatsApp button and a form that leads straight into the conversation. Our own design, no templates, and 3D images made by us when you have no photos. We also build internal tools, client portals, Android and Mac apps, and dashboards that update themselves from your spreadsheets or ERP.

Technical drawing and design review

We prepare clean, standardised technical drawings (layers, dimensions, area schedules) and review designs before they go to site, to approval or to the scale model: what does not match between plan, section and site plan, overlaps, measurements that do not add up. Every point is marked on the drawing, in a PDF report.

Security review

Only with written permission

With your written permission, we check whether your company's email domain can be used to send fake messages, look for common weaknesses in your website or web app, and gather what anyone can find about your company online. You get a plain-language report with what to fix first. It is a review, not a full penetration test.

Do I need to understand technology?

No. Tell us what happens today and what you would like to solve. The technical part is ours.

Do you work outside Brazil?

Yes. We work in English and Portuguese, and clients outside Brazil pay in US dollars, with the amount fixed in the plan. Node-Six Cybernetics is based in Tartu, Estonia.
